Something broken, a billing question, or an idea that would make Ungamble better? Email hello@ungamble.app and you will hear back from a human, usually within a day.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions and refunds are handled by Apple. Manage or cancel in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. Restore a purchase on a new phone from the You tab in the app.

Your data

Delete everything from the You tab with Delete my data, or email us from your account email and we will do it for you. Details in the Privacy Policy.
